  VISITS TO THE WINERY AND TASTING

The site visit begins with an institutional video, where tourists can learn about the history and trajectory of the cave, the various forms of harvesting, elaboracióny process of wine aging and bottling. Then, during a tour of the winery, observe the presses and milling area, stainless steel tanks for fermentation, pressing, cutting aging in casks.

They may also be present in the modern bottling plant fractionation available to the winery, the floor of the stacks of champañay located in the Cava wine. He ended the tour with a wine tasting of the winery.

Hours:
Throughout the year.
Monday to Friday: 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17 hs.
Saturdays and holidays: 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 and 12:30 hs.
Sunday: only groups with more than 10 persons should agree in advance.
