PH (Public House): The Public House existed since the Bronze Age. However, it was not until the arrival of the Romans when the first inns, where travelers obtained refreshments, shelter and rest during their conquests.
Later in time, after completion of the second world war in most of Europe were built Public Holiday sponsor in order to shelter and food for those who lost almost everything.
Over time these were transformed into shelters Guest Restaurants and Bars, serving as a place for different kinds of social gatherings.
The uses and customs were changing, as well as how to refer to things The Public House contracted word by word PUB and meals and drinks were specialized, adopting the ways of acquiring regióny own style.
PH: flavors care, fine wines, international cocktails, many friends .. Common meeting place.
Our Bar - Restaurant is located inside the Hostel Damajuana, this gave us the possibility of opening the doors of our house and transform it into a Public House. So travelers and Mendoza could share experiences, drinks and a nice meal
In PH we strive to provide an innovative proposal, modern, cosmopolitan, now both in cooking (fusion food), in cocktail (250 labels of liquor and distilled drinks maridado salads, and dessert tables) in the service and any proposals which they approached every week to our customers and friends.
