Description 

Recorreremos distintas rutas, en las cuales se podrá  observar los diferentes cultivos que predominan  en  Mendoza: olivos, vid, almendros, cerezos, ciruelos, etc. Y la combinación con las industrias asentadas en nuestra provincia

 

Se visitaran tres bodegas de vino, una “artesanal” en donde podrán observar el trabajo realizado por familias mendocinas, otra “industrializada”, empapada de tecnología e imponente construcción y por último una bodega que combina historia y grandes avances en una de las más importantes industrias de la provincia de Mendoza. En ellas podrán observar y comparar el proceso de vinificación  realizado en esos establecimientos

 

Incluyendo la excursión con una PICADA  en una cava con un importante aporte histórico y cultural. Cabe destacar que en cada una de las visitas se realiza una pequeña degustación de los distintos productos elaborados por los establecimientos visitados

Starts at 10 am, we will go through different routes, where we will appreciate the different products that prevail in Mendoza: olive trees, grapevines, almond-trees, cherry-trees, plum-trees, etc. And the combination with the industries seated in our province

We will visit three wineries, the idea, is to discover differences about processes, production and exportation. First one, is an industrialized winery, with a lot of production and exportation, and then two more wineries; one "familiar" where we will be able to observe the work realized by local families, and the other one, full of technology and impressive construction. And the last visit is to a winery that combines history and important advances in the wine industry

Concluding the excursion with a visit to a wine-cellar to taste the following menu

·         Cold cuts, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, fresh fruits, dried fruits and grains Warm lids (snacks)
